4- What is the work process?

We do not start a project by building. We start by understanding your need.

Talk and project discovery

First, we talk about your academy, your audience, your learning goals, your existing content and your technical needs. In this step, we define the general structure of the project and the features you need.

Design and agreement

We design the platform structure and the user experience from the defined needs. After you review and approve the design, we state the project scope, the features, the schedule and the cost clearly.

Contract and project start

After the final agreement and the signed contract, the project starts officially. We build the system on the approved structure.

Build, review and handover

We build the system and prepare it for launch. During the project, we check the main parts, so that the result matches the first agreement. After the final approval, we hand the project over to you.

Final payment and full transfer

After the final payment, you get the access rights, the files, the technical information and the assets of the project. You keep the ownership of the system and its data.

Maintenance and support (optional)

For three months from the handover day, you get free support from us. After this time, you can choose a yearly “maintenance and support” contract. This service can include technical updates, backups, fixes and small changes.

Support is a continued partnership. It is not a condition of ownership, and the system does not need it to keep running.

You can continue the project without us. Or, if you are happy, you can give us the maintenance and the development.
